Wine cellar lottery

The lottery has been held on january 30th at the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec. Go to Events  to see the winners and details on our next lottery.

Soirée des Patrons

The next Soirée des Patrons will be held on may 6th 2003. Starting at the Château Champlain, our guests will be able to taste the meals of 5 restaurants amongst the best in Montréal. Since 50 restaurants are participating, a maximum of 400 guests can be accomodated. Reserve now.

Symphonie gastronomique

The last Symphonie Gastronomique was held on november 10th 2000 at the Montréal Palais des Congrès. With the support of 20 hotels and restaurants, 10 pastry chefs, 10 caterers and one Symphony Orchestra, this event is a classic not only for it's music and ambiance but mainly for it's culinary display. Reserve now for the next one in 2005.

Bursers

Julie Noël de Tilly, one of our burser, placed second, (silver medal) during the las international competition held in Seoul, Corea. Furthermore, she received a medal for the Canadian representative having accumulated the greatest number of points. Bravo

Those were the only two medals won by Canada.

Our other two bursers, Justin Pelchat, cuisine, and Jonhatan Ranger, pastry, placed fourth.

Congratulations to all of them.
